Exchange & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or a purchase has been made.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings. Minor variations in handwork, embroidery, stones, beads, or fabric are normal and are not considered defects.

Tracking Issues

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you. If you do not receive tracking details, or if your package tracking has not moved for more than 2 days, please contact us immediately at info@haascollections.com so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Damaged Items / Missing Items / Order Complaints

If you receive a damaged item, missing item, or have any complaint regarding your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear parcel-opening video is mandatory for any claim. The video must show the unopened package, shipping label, outer packaging, and the complete opening process without cuts or edits.

Claims without a proper parcel-opening video may not be accepted.

Loss or Theft

Haas Collections is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks the order as delivered.
