Exchange & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Haas Collections.
Exchange : Unfortunately we can’t accept complete return of items however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you with exchanging it with other items.
All Clearance items Sales are final. Unfortunately no Exchange/ Returns accepted.
Loss or Theft : we are not responsible for loss or theft happened after delivering the Products.
Damage : In case of damages please email(email@example.com)us the damaged item pictures within 24hrs after receiving the item.
From the date you received the item, you have 24 hrs to inform us and 4 calendar days to ship the items for an exchange/return.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have to send it within 7days after issuing return label.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your exchange is approved, we will credit the amount (processing fee, shipping fee if applicable is deductible ) as store credit to your Haas Collections account which can be used towards your future purchases at Haas Collections . You will receive the credit within 2 calendar days.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs and service charges for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you would like to receive an exchange shipping label from Haas Collections, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange store credit.
